Asian beef mince balls

Delicious juicy wholesome recipe that works for a main course, as well as a snack.

Ingredient

1.5 Cups

Beef Mince

1/3 Cup

Tomato paste

1/2 Teaspoon

Garlic powder

To Taste

Salt

To Taste

Pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Line a baking sheet with foil, and preheat the oven to 375°F. In the meantime, finely mince the onion, carrot and cilantro and toss it all into a large bowl with the beef mince.

* Step 2

Season the mixture. Thoroughly combine the ingredients but don’t overwork the meat.

* Step 3

Melt the coconut oil, and brush it on a foil-lined baking sheet.

* Step 4

Use your hands to roll out the meatballs, and arrange them on the baking sheet. Each meatball should be about 1½ inches in diameter.

* Step 5

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, rotating the tray at the midpoint to ensure even cooking.

* Step 6

Tastes yum as is, or with some avocado dipping sauce.
