Tomato Feta Hummus Sandwich

I love my sandwiches. Any type of bread, any type of filling and I can't say no. This is a household favourite. lip smack

Ingredient

2 Tablespoons

3 Cloves

Garlic

3 Tablespoons

Olive Oil

to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blend all the hummus ingredients till you get it in a nice creamy texture. Be careful with the salt. (Note: you can store hummus in the fridge for a few days.)

* Step 2

Slice the loaf. Spread hummus evenly. Make a mess so you can lick your fingers.

* Step 3

Top the slice of bread with tomato slices and pepper chunks. Crumble some feta on top. And you are set.

* Step 4

The other combinations I often try with hummus are avocado + tomato, cucumber + tomato, caramalised onion + roasted red pepper. They are all awesome.
