Pan main oil garam kar k onion pink kar lein add mutton ginger garlic paste 4 to 5 mint bhon lein

Jub gosht ka clour ho jaey or pani dry ho jaey to tamater green chili dal kar mix kar k 1 cup sy 3/4 cup pani dal kar cover kar k 35 to 40 mint cook karein

40 mint k bad pani dry hony lagy tamater soft ho jaein to 3 sy 4 mint bhon lein
* Step 5
Ab yogurt main pisy Huey dry spices main termaric powder add kar k mix kar 1 tbsp full yogurt main shamil kar dein sath Kashmiri lal mirch salt bhi dal kar mix kar dein
* Step 6
Achar gosht main dal kar mix kar k 1/4 cup pani dal kar cover kar k 12 to 15 mint cook kar lein green chili ko cut laga kar achar gosht masala fill kar k wo bhi shamil kar dein
* Step 7
15 mint k bad jub oil separate hony lagy to achar gosht ready dish out kar k naan ya roti k sath serve karein
