Rosy Banana burfi is innovative colourful fruity burfi.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl take coconut milk or milk, Mix desiccated coconut, cashew nuts powder, cardamom powder in it. Keep aside.
* Step 2
Make banana paste in mixie.. Heat thick bottom vessel and add banana paste. Fry it for 2min. by adding half tablespoon ghee.
* Step 3
.Then add sugar to banana paste. Stir it. Keep it on moderate flame. Keep stirring. When the mixture becomes to thick consistency reduce the flame.
* Step 4
Now add the remaining ghee and Fry it for 2 more min. Remove from the heat. Divide mixture into two parts. Mix rose syrup in one part. Put both the mixtures on to a greased plate.(first white then top with rose mixture)
* Step 5
Cut into burfi shapes as you like. Decorate with cashew nuts on top.Decorate the platter with fresh Rose petals. EAT AND ENJOY-. Rosy banana burfi.
