#grandma we are bengali and aloo posto is a very famous dish from ancient age in bengal. specially, for [ghoti].my both grandma were expert for preparing aloo posto.here i share the recipe.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
At first,cut the potato into big pieces.
* Step 2
Chop the coriander leaves.
* Step 3
Then,paste poppy seeds with green chilli
* Step 4
Put a pan in gas with oil.
* Step 5
Put onion seeds,asafoetida and dry chilli in pan.
* Step 6
When tempt it,put the potato in oil.
* Step 7
Then,saute the potato and fry.
* Step 8
Next,put the poppy seeds and chilli paste on the potato
* Step 9
Next,saute all of them in pan.
* Step 10
Then,add salt and turmeric on the mixture.
* Step 11
Saute the mixture in pan with red chilli powder and coriander leaves.
* Step 12
After that,put water in pan
* Step 13
When it boil, the oil leaves from side of the mixture.
* Step 14
Then stir it and water reduce in pan.
* Step 15
Then dry the curry and make aloo posto.
* Step 16
Lastly serve it with steamed rice.
