My earlier post was for the cheesecake. This is a topping that goes well with it. It is optional of course.
Ingredient
1 1/2 cups
sour cream
1/4 cup
powdered sugar
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix sour cream, vanilla and powdered sugar until well combined and smooth.
* Step 2
Spread over cheesecake that has chilled for at least 3 hours. It will firm up slightly when chilled.
