milk

egg

1/4 tsp

baking soda

2 scoops (17 g)

vanilla protein powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Puree the banana or mash with a fork. Set aside.

* Step 2

Add milk and eggs to banana mixture. Whisk until smooth.

* Step 3

Add flour, baking powder and baking soda to wet mixture. Mix the batter gently and do not over mix.

* Step 4

If mixture looks to thin add a little extra flour. It's ment to look thick

* Step 5

Cook pancakes in frypan. I made small ones. But you want larger ones you'll get about 4 out of this recipe
