Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 ℉. In a medium bowl, whisk butter, garlic, thyme, and vinegar. Add mushrooms to bowl and mix until fully coated in mixture.
* Step 2
Spread mushrooms in an even layer on a large baking sheet.
* Step 3
Roast for 15-18 min. Until golden and tender.
