Mango Habanero Chicken Legs
These Mango Habanero baked chicken legs are mouthwatering! So easy to make just marinate the chicken in a bag of spices for 1 hr in the fridge or overnight and bake in the oven! Just give me all the spice, I simply can't get enough! This Mango Habanero recipe is mouthwatering and packs just the right amount of spicy goodness and leaves your tastes buds wanting more!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
* Step 2
Rinse chicken legs under cool water and pat dry with paper towel. This allows the seasoning to stick better.
* Step 3
Add the chicken legs to a large freezer bag. Next, add the remaining ingredients to the bag and seal it closed. Shake all of the ingredients in the bag together ensuring that the chicken is evenly coated with everything.
* Step 4
Allow the chicken to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. For best results, marinate for 1 - 2 hours or overnight.
* Step 5
SECRET TO A PERFECT LEG: Line a pan with foil and add a rack.

Arrange the chicken on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 45 minutes. The chicken is done when it reaches 165 degrees internally.
* Step 7
Optional - Garnish with dried chives.
