Quick Avocado Toast
This is quick, healthy and non pretentious recipe. I comes together in 15 minutes tops and will keep you full until late lunch.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400F. On a wire rack or baking sheet arrange the bacon. Bake for about 15 minutes. Flip half way through. Cut into two pieces.
* Step 2
Make the guacamole. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Slice the flesh into small cubes and with a spoon remove from the shell. Add the rest of the ingredients and mash with a fork until everything is well incorporated.
* Step 3
Toast the bread and cook the eggs to your liking.
* Step 4
Arrange the toast. Spread the guacamole on the toast, arrange the bacon, top with the egg and sprinkle chili peppers and everything bagel seasoning as much as you like. Drizzle with a little olive oil. Enjoy!
