Steamed sweet potatoes

This is an old technique of steaming sweet potatoes. I learnt this skill from my grandmother. This technique preserves nutrient value within them. "#tech1"

Ingredient

40 minutes
75 ml

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a big bowl add sweet potatoes

* Step 2

Add oil and jaggery powder

* Step 3

Now fill the lid with water. We may take any serving steel plate where we can fill water and place on top of pan and see that it totally covers.

* Step 4

Cook until sweet potatoes become soft.

Serve hot and may preserve for one day.
