Spicy Andhra Daal

#myrecipe This dish is something which fulfills your stomach when you are starving. We don't add any chilli powder. This dish is made only with green chillies.

Ingredient

45 minutes
200 gr

500 ml

water

to taste

salt

1 teaspoon

cumin seeds

1 teaspoon

turmeric

1 teaspoon

mustard seeds

Pinch

1 teaspoon

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add oil in a cooker and fry toor dall until nice aroma comes

* Step 2

Then add green chillies, tomatoes, onions, cumin seeds, turmeric

* Step 3

Satea all these ingredients untill become soft then add water and pressure cook for 15 minutes on medium flame

* Step 4

Then switch off the flame and mash the fall thoroughly

* Step 5

Then add tempering and serve with rice or jowar roti
