Capsicum and coconut fry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan add dry chilies, coconut, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds and dry roast them until golden colour
* Step 2
Then coarsely grind them and keep it aside
* Step 3
Add oil in a pan and add Curry leaves and add diced capsicum
* Step 4
Fry them until soft and add the grinded. Mixture adding salt
* Step 5
Fry on medium flame until golden colour
* Step 6
Add coriander leaves chopped and serve hot with rice or as as a side dish with Daal and sambar
