Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate chicken with all the ingredients abovementioned and rest for two hours or overnight

* Step 2

Add oil in a pan to deep fry the chicken and fry on low to medium flame until golden brown in colour

* Step 3

In a separate pan take oil and add garlic, ginger, green chillies, capsicum and onion and fry them just for a minute and add all the sauces then add fried chicken into the mixture

* Step 4

Sauchet them for two minutes and switch off the flame

* Step 5

Serve hot as a side dish with biryani or roti.
