Ingredient

daal

2.5 cups

water

3 cloves

garlic

to taste

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak daal in water for some time.

* Step 2

Put daal and 2.5 cups of water. Remove jhaag from top.

* Step 3

Add cut garlic.

* Step 4

Jab galnay lagay, add red chilli and let it mix.

* Step 5

Add cumin, garlic, 2 green chillies tarka.
