Veggies with chicken

It is a simple meal that I eat constantly. It fulls soooo much because it is full of nutrient. Also it is delicious! I do not measure really the veggies but I am going to put an approximated amount

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 person
2 cups

kale

2 cups

spinachs

1 cup

cabagge

1

egg

1 tablespoon

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut everything in small pieces.

* Step 2

Put the veggies in the frying pot in this order: the olive oil, asparagus, green onions, (time), kale, (time), cabagge and spinach. Tap the frying pot. Low intensity warm

* Step 3

When everything is more or less done, quit the tap and put the highest intensity, and put all the spices. Let like 4-5 moving the veggies and then put the egg

* Step 4

Put the chicken. I normally boil 2 times egg per weak and I go adding to my meals :)

* Step 5
