Besan barfi
It’s Indian sweet dish , specially prepared during festive season.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add gram flour in a pan, roast it 10 o 15 min. Then add semolina and roast again for 5 - 10 min on medium heat
* Step 2
The add ghee 1 cup and mix it well
* Step 3
Add chopped dry fruits and mix it well
* Step 4
Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and mix it well and let cook on low flame
* Step 5
If the mixture is too dry add little ghee and mix itwell
* Step 6
Turn off the flame, pour the mixture in pan, let it set for 3-4 hours
* Step 7
Cut the burfi in the shape you like
It is ready to serve
