3 coloured Fried rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash, fried and drain rice. Set aside.
* Step 3
Wash and grind scotch bonnet
* Step 4
Add scotch bonnet and little oil to the stock and semi fry for 5 minutes
* Step 6
Add in the required amount of water that will be enough to cook the rice and let it boil
* Step 7
Add fried rice together with onions,scallions,curry powder,stock cubes and seasoning powder until almost done,divide it into 3 parts. Add green colour to the first part and continue cooking until soft.
* Step 8
Add orange colour to the other part and cook
* Step 9
Add yellow colour to the last part and cook
* Step 11
Mix 3 different coloured rice together with carrots and steam for 3 minutes,serve with roasted potatoes and fried chicken
