Cauliflower Steaks

Cauliflower Steaks

Ingredient

Food ration :

6 servings
1 head

cauliflower

3 tbsp

Olive oil

1/2 tsp

Paprika

1/4 tsp

Pepper

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and cut cauliflower vertically in 1/2 inch slices from top to bottom/stem

* Step 2

Cut residual stems leaves off if they remain

* Step 3

Melt butter add oil and put dash of citrus in butter and mix, brush on each side cauliflower

* Step 4

Mix seasonings and bread crumbs and dip buttered cauliflower in bread crumbs. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese

* Step 5

Bake at 425 on foil or parchment for 20-35 min. Flip as needed

* Step 6

Enjoy...yumm

* Step 7

I did make a sauce for it too, cream celery soup a little milk, parmesan cheese, 2 garlic cloves and a splash of sherry, a drizzle of agave to sweeten a touch, and a little tomatoes paste for color. Nice addition to sauce it up a little
