Put sliced pork belly in a frying pan to release fat.

Put the pork belly in a pot when getting brown. Add soy sauce, sugar and water to the pot. When boiling(taste to the flavor you like to add more soy sauce or sugar or water), turn to low heat to cook and stir occasionally (like every 15 minutes). Cook around 100 minutes or until tender.
