Matcha cookies
I wanted a quick easy cookie recipe, I browsed so many videos and this was the easiest for me. You may add chocolate or nuts for extra texture and flavor
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Preheat the oven to 175°C
* Step 4
Add the melted butter to the sugar and egg, mix well
* Step 5
Sift the dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients
* Step 6
Roll into small balls and place on the baking tray
* Step 7
Bake for 10 min, watch carefully that the cookies don't get too brown
* Step 8
Remove and let cool for 10 min
