Sausage milk bun

I had excess sausages and milk, I followed pain au lait recipe for the bun

Ingredient

Food ration :

250 ml

warm milk

1 pinch

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make sure the milk is warm or at room temperature. Mix all the wet ingredients and the yeast

* Step 2

Add flour and mix. I used the kitchen mixer to knead

* Step 3

Knead the dough until it doesn't stick to the sides of the bowl

Leave the dough to sit for 1 hour or until it doubles in size

Punch out the air. I cut into 16 equal parts and twirled around each sausage

Leave to rise another 30 min. Preheat the oven to 180°C

Place the buns in the oven for 20 min. You may opt to add egg wash before placing in the oven.
