Crispy chicken wings

It’s our all time favorite snack

Ingredient

Food ration :

1/2 cup

Corn flour

1

Egg

1/2 cup

Milk

2 tbs

Vinegar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First of all wash the wings and make them dry

Now in a bowl put some water and vinegar and gg paste and marinate wings in it for 30 minutes

In another bowl mix egg, milk and half quantity of spices Meanwhile put oil on stove to hot

In a tray put flour, cornflour and remaining spices

* Step 5

Now take out all wings from water mixture and stained

* Step 6

Oil must be hot and flame should be medium now dip a wing in egg mixture then coated with flour mixture and put it in oil

Now fry them it will take 10 minutes 5 minutes for one side and 5 for other side

Crispy chicken wings now ready enjoy with your friends and family
