Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat kadai,add 7 tbsp ghee,add besan stir fry over medium heat,roast the gram flour till light golden brown colour.
* Step 2
Add more ghee and continue roasting the besan for some more 5 minutes,the besan would start to give nice fragrance & will start releasing ghee,now sprinkle 1 tbsp water,mix well,foam Will start forming in the besan,
* Step 3
Off the flame,add dry fruit powder,cardamom powder,mix it well,remove besan in a plate,leave the mixture to cool completely.If it does not cool entirely,it become moist when sugar is added add sugar powder mix well with your palm & fingers,add 1 tbsp ghee mix well.Shape into tight hardballs. Top of each laddu press pistachios.
