Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roast walnuts,almonds,cashews.grind it,peel & chopped mango,add some water with chopped mango blend in mixture jar.
* Step 2
Heat ghee on a pan add semolina sauté till light brown & fragrant,stir continuesly.add dry ginger powder & dry fruit powder.milk,mango pulp.
* Step 3
Stir continuesly.cook on medium heat,now add sugar & cardamom powder,cook the mixture thickens till halwa consistency.
* Step 4
Tasty & yummy yummy halwa is ready,garnish with walnuts & almonds
