Ingredient

carom seeds

3 tbsp

curd

to taste

salt

1 tbsp

jeggery

as needed

water

1/4 cup

ghee

as needed

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Together all ingredients,wash& finally chopped methi leaves,add in a big bowl all ingredients (not wheat flour)mix all properly,rest for 5 minutes.

* Step 2

After 5 minutes mix with the help of spoon,add flour if required add water,make dough,apply 1 tsp oil on it knead cover rest for 5 minutes.after 5 minutes knead it again & prepare small balls.

* Step 3

Roll it like chapati,cook on both sides applying oil.

* Step 4

Apply ghee on paratha.

Serve with green chutney,mango pickle,curd,milk.Your choice.
