Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Together all ingredients,blend grated beetroot in milk.
* Step 2
Great cheese,in a bowl add both flour,ghee,grated cheese,salt,
* Step 3
Mix all well,divide into three parts,in one part add beetroot pulp.knead dough.
* Step 4
In other part add coriander,garlic pulp,mix well,knead dough,now all three dough press 3-4 minutes.Now dough are smooth.cover & keep the dough for 20/30 minutes.
* Step 5
After 30 minutes press dough for 3 minutes,dough is soft now.make round dough balls,roll it very thin.2 beetroot dough basket for decoration.
* Step 6
Cut it into 1/2 inch square pieces,Turn on gas place a pan add oil,check oil,medium heat oil put namakpara to fry,reduce flame.fry until golden brown.
* Step 7
Take it out & keep in sieve,keep in plate.
* Step 8
Cheesy namakpara are ready to serve.very tempting & crunchy.Tea time snacks 😊.
