Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Together all ingredients,peel carrot,cut it round.put in pan.
* Step 2
Add 1 glass water in pan.boil carrot,strain in strainer.add in grinder.
* Step 3
Grind properly,pour carrot pulp in heat pan,add 1 tbsp sugar,(gulkand & truttifrutti both sweet)stir,add corn flour in boiled carrot water mix well.
* Step 4
Add this water in carrot mixture stir continuously,keep stirring,cook it on medium flame.add ghee.stir well.
* Step 5
Now add gulkand & truttifrutti stir properly.cook until thick.greased catori.
* Step 6
In catori pour properly pulp.rest it for 2 hours.decorate in dessicated coconut & grated pistachio & cashews.now yummy 😋 carrot halwa is ready for serve.
