Street style Fried rice

Street style veg fried rice - A homemade dish, stir fried in a wok or frying pan made with ingredients left over from other dishes You can make it with egg, paneer, seafood or meat.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil, then add garlic and cool for 1 minute

* Step 2

Then add some green chillies and all the vegetables, cook for 2-3 mins

* Step 3

Now add the cooked rice and mix well. Let it cook for a minute

* Step 4

Now add sugar, salt, soya sauce, white pepper, vinegar

* Step 5

Mix everything well and let it cook for few minutes

* Step 6

Garnish with spring onion

* Step 7

Serve
