Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and grater the bottle gourd.
* Step 2
Squeeze the bottle gourd.
* Step 3
In bottle gourd add red chilli, green chilli, green coriander, turmeric, Coriander powder,onion, cumin powder and gram flour mix well in the last add salt mix it and make a shape.
* Step 4
Heat the oil and fry the kabab in medium flame until golden brown. Serve with chutney.
