Burger buns

This is a simple recipe for your burger nights

Ingredient

Food ration :

6-10buns
3 1/2 cup

bread flour

1 tbls

sugar

1 tsp

salt

1

egg

1 1/2 cup

warm milk

1 tbls

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix in the flour, yeast, sugar and salt and mix till well combined

* Step 2

Add in the egg and butter and combine. Then pour in the milk gradually until a dough is formed (you might not need to use all the milk)

* Step 3

Knead the dough until soft and pliable. Cover the dough with the oil. Cover the bowl with a damp towel and allow to rest, until dough doubles in size

* Step 4

Remove dough from bowl and form 6-8 round balls. Arrange the dough balls on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and allow to rise again for another 30-60 minutes

* Step 5

Brush the milk over the buns and sprinkle with the seeds

* Step 6

In a preheated oven (180 degrees Celsius) bake the buns for 40-50 minutes, or until the buns are cooked and browned at the top

* Step 7

Remove the pan from the oven and allow the buns to cool on a cooling tray ready to serve.
