Ingredient

1/2 tbsp

salt white

1/2 tbsp

black salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak over night urad daal after that make a paste from Daal and mix salt,asafoetida and mix well after that paste and make small balls and frying in oil

* Step 2

Take a pot with water and mix both salt black and white salt chilli powder,asafoetida,mustard seed in this water we will mix daal's ball overnight now kanji vada is ready we can eat with water and without water with chutney and saunth.
