Okara Salad

This salad looks like "Potato salad". There is not so much moisture in okara so add the liquid like dressing or dashi (broth) or mayonnaise and so on... and adjust to your taste. It's very healthy!

Ingredient

100 g

okara

8 cm piece

cucumber

3 cm piece

carrot

2 tbsp

boiled corn

2 slices

ham

1 tsp

soy sauce

3~4 tbsp

mayonnaise

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice cucumber thinly, sprinkle salt on it, and leave for 5 mins. Wash with water, drain well.

* Step 2

Cut carrot into small bite sized pieces, boil lightly or use a microwave.

* Step 3

Cut ham into 1 cm squares.

* Step 4

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with anything to taste.
