Pumpkin Salad

In this salad, seasoning the pumpkins with bouillon makes it more tasty. It's easy to make and tastes delicious.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the pumpkin and bouillon cubes (soup stock) to just enough cold water to cover and then bring to a boil until cooked. Drain well and immediately mash them.

* Step 2

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season them with salt and pepper.
