Cinnamon & Sugar Baked Apple Peel Chips

You can make this with any amount of apples or peels that you want/have. This recipe was made during one of my hardcore "zero waste" phases. We have a large family and many mouths to feed so I'm always trying to use every part of foods that I can and also it's good for the earth to waste less! Peeling apples one day and I thought to myself WHY waste these!? And my picky eater kids that made me peel the apples in the first place 🙄 because they dont want to eat the skin,... Loved These! 🤦🏻‍♀️😁👌😏👏 What kid doesnt like "chips," am I right!? #applechips #chips #zerowaste

Lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 225°. Toss apple peels and coat with lemon juice and desired amounts of sugar and cinnamon.

* Step 2

Place apple peels flat across a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 2 hours or until peels are desired level crispness. Enjoy!
