AMIEs APPLE BREAD
This apple bread is one of my favorite.
It has the best flavor, you won’t be able to stop eating it.
I love how easy it is as well.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C/360F. Grease a loaf pan.
* Step 2
Beat eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl, stir until creamy.
Add butter, vanilla extract and milk, stir to incorporate.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Fold in apples and stir until evenly combined.
* Step 3
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out dry and clean.
* Step 4
Let it cool.
Dash with icing sugar before serving.
Serve and enjoy.
