Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Choose red, ripe and firm tomatoes, which are not sour. In this recipe, red plum tomatoes are used. Rinse them in running water to remove any debris or dirt.
* Step 2
Full water in a deep pan.when it starts boiling carefully slide tomato on it and boil for 3 minutes.
Turn off flame.
* Step 3
Remove tomatoes from heat. Water and place them in cold water for 2 minutes.
Drain water and transfer to a plate.peel and remove the skin and seeds.
* Step 4
Transfer them to a jar of blender.blend until smooth puree.fresh tomatoes
* Step 5
Puree is ready to be used for cooking your favourite curry or soup etc.
