Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C.
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla, chocolate essence well until creamy, for about 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Take a bowl add Maida, coco powder and baking powder mix with a spatula.
Pour coffee(dissolved in water) in egg batter then add maida batter and oil
* Step 3
Mix with hand whisker.
Line a rectangular baking tray with parchment paper and pour the mixture in it
* Step 4
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes and take it out of oven when it’s still moist.and cool down and pour melting chocolate on top
* Step 5
And sprinkles some colorful hundred thousand
and cut the slice.now Chocolate Cake ready and serve with coffee.
