Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add oil, onion make half saute.
* Step 2
Then add haldi, ginger garlic paste & cook it 2-3 mins.
* Step 3
Then add beef cook it 5-7 min.
* Step 4
Then add red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala, and water & cook until the beef tender.
* Step 5
When beef cook completely then cook it high flame(gosht achay sy bhunay)for 10 mins
* Step 6
Then garnish with coriander leave & turn off flame. Bhuna Gosht ready.
* Step 7
Serve with boiled rice or chapatti, naan
