Pritong baboy with apple and onions

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Season pork belly on both sides with salt and pepper. Bake in oven with thyme on top at 375 for 30 minutes.
* Step 2
Drain oil from pork in oven into a frying pan. Cook onions until translucent. Add apple slices. Cook until caramelized and remove from oil with tongs and keep warm in toaster oven until pork belly is crispy (around 10 minutes).
