butter (melted)
3/4 cup
bread crumbs
3/4 cup
grated parmesan cheese
1 envelope
ranch salad dressing mix
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place butter in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, cheese, and salad dressing mix.
* Step 2
Dredge chicken in butter, then roll in bread crumb mixture to coat thoroughly. Place chicken breasts on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake uncovered at 350°F for 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 170°F
