Sharon's BBQ meatloaf

Sharon's BBQ meatloaf

Ingredient

1 envelope

onion soup mix

1 handful

bread crumbs

1/2 cup

ketchup

1 tablespoon

seasoning salt

1 tablespoon

onion powder

1 tablespoon

garlic powder

1 tablespoon

black pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pre heat oven to 350°f

* Step 2

In a large bowl mix all ingredients EXCEPT for bbq sauce

* Step 3

Once meatloaf mixture is mixed remove from bowl and place in baking dish

* Step 4

Form a loaf with the meatloaf mixture

* Step 5

Bake in oven UNCOVERED for an hour

* Step 6

Remove from oven; spread bbq sauce on top of meatloaf until evenly coated

* Step 7

Place meatloaf back in oven for additonal 30 mins

* Step 8

Remove from oven and ENJOY!!
