Spinach chicken (palak chicken)

This spinach chicken is very favorite to my family in this monsoon season I could not get spinach so I tried with green leaves in Kerala it is called cheera and in north, I think chaulai ka saag. colour is not more green but taste was excellent in the pics I will show you the leaves.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, marinate chicken with salt pepper ginger garlic chicken masala with little oil. for 1/2 an hour.
* Step 2
Ready to blanch green leaves the leaves shown in the pic I usually make aloo cheera. Its taste is as good and healthy.
* Step 3
Blanch the leaves and grind it heat oil in a pan or Kadai add cumin seeds splutter it add cinnamon cloves black pepper bay leaf when aroma came.
* Step 4
Add onions chilli chopped and saute till golden brown add tomato puree and saute till leaves oil add chicken piece saute for 10 mins on slow heat.
* Step 5
Add green leaves or grinded spinach add in the chicken and stir it occasionally add curry leaves. Cook till done if needs water to add 1/2 cup water it should be semi gravy.
* Step 6
Serve hot with chapatti dosa roti parantha and enjoy it.
