Sweet Pumpkin Soup (appetizers) -- Kolak PiLa (Pisang Labu)
In my tradition, kolak is a famous sweet appetizer to break the fasting (iftar) during Ramadhan. Eating the kolak and veg fritters just as an introduction for our tummy, so our gut isn't getting a shock after being empty for a day before the heavy main menu like meat, rice, etc.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean and cut the pumpkin, prepare the saucepan, add water, boil the pumpkin and the brown sugar. Once the pumpkin is ready, add the sliced plantains and sugar./Bersihkan dan potong labu kuning, siapkan panci, tambahkan air, rebus labu dan gula merah. Setelah labu siap, tambahkan irisan pisang raja dan gula.
* Step 2
Keep boiling, when the plantains ready, add the vanilla extract and coconut milk. Gently stir it till the sweet soup is cook. Cold it and refrigerate and serve it cold./Lanjut didihkan, bila pisang raja sudah siap, tambahkan ekstrak vanili dan santan. Aduk perlahan sampai sup manis matang. Dinginkan, dinginkan, dan sajikan dingin.
* Step 3
