This simple instant bhtura dedicated to my father he was always like fried and sweet and sour items and love to sweets items .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a big bowl add all 1 to 7 items and mix well and make a dough and keep aside for 10 minutes
* Step 2
On the other side heat 2 tbs of oil in apan add cumin seeds and crackle it add onion till pink add tomato green chilli ginger garlic curry leaves all masala io hai. and saute till leaves the oil.
* Step 3
Add potatoes roughly crushed with hand some pieces will be small and little big but no problem saute for a minute and add 2 cups of water and boiled for 5 minute with cover the lid and cook on medium flame
* Step 4
Now add coriander leaves and gravy should be little thick off the gas and add amul fresh cream.
* Step 5
At that time dough will be ready to make bturas and now roll all like puri and fry in hot oil.Fluffy crispy yummy wheat bhturas and curry is ready to serve u can get 10 to 11 bhturas from this dough.
* Step 6
Enjoy with family at breakfast or any time it is very easy to make I always keep boiled potatoes in fridge so morning very easy to make any dish with boiled potatoes enjoy my recipe.
