Oats uttapam

#myhealthykitchen Healthy and easy to digest oats uttapam with coconut chutney it is also good for health.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First grind oats in mixer grinder as fine powder.Take a bowl add oats powder, rava,salt,curd and water make a smooth water little thick than dosa batter,add making time add eno salt and mix well

* Step 2

Grease non stick tawa and spread 1 ladleful of batter and spread in round shape after a 5 second sprinkle onion and carrot over it and little press with the spatula and little oil spread over it when batter seems dry flip the other side and again roast on medium heat for one minute or till golden brown.

* Step 3

With this batter we can make 5 uttapam and serve with coconut chutney. And enjoy this delicious breakfast with tea or juice.
