#Amazingingredients carrot Carrot is always healthy so I tried to make carrot uttapam it comes out delicious so I want to share the recipe

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Adding salt and eno ready the dosa batter. Heat a nonstick tawa and little grease it. Pour a laddle full battery on greased tawa and little spread it. It should be like thick dosa. Spread onion chopped on the the top and on it carrot grated spread on it and sprinkle iddli chutney powder. Sprinkle little oil on it and lower portion is ready to flip. Press little with the spatula and roast that side for few minutes on a low flame.

Roasted side take out in a plate ur carrot uttapam is ready to serve make all uttapam like that and serve with coconut chutney and sambar
