Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Knead the wheat flour dough by adding all ingredients with 1 tbs oil soft and smooth dough and keep it aside for 20 minutes

* Step 2

Now again smooth it with the little oil and make ball size as u wish roll it on rolling board or clean surface

* Step 3

Heat tawa and put Parantha on it when top side seems colour change then flip it and roast it for a minute and apply oil with brush on all sides and flip again roast both sides till crispy and golden brown

* Step 4

Make all Parantha and serve hot with butter and curd or dates pickle pickle it is very healthy for all and taste is also yummy
