Crispy veggies besan (gram flour)layered Parantha
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make wheat flour dough by adding salt and keep it aside for 15 mins
* Step 2
Now make a gram flour batter by adding all veggies and other ingredients not very thin medium type so u can pour on the Parantha
* Step 3
Now take a small ball of dough and roll like chapatti and spread oil on that and sprinkle dry wheat flour on it and cut strips with pizza cutter or knife
* Step 4
Now roll the strips like that
* Step 5
Now again roll like chapatti and put on hot tawa now slow the flame and little roast for one side and flip the other side this side also roast for a minute. Now spread gram flour batter with the help of spoon
* Step 6
When the batter on Parantha little dry now sprinkle little oil on it and flip again with the help of spatula press lightly on that side so gram batter will cook easily from inside
* Step 7
Serve hot with ketchup or pickle I am sure u will enjoy this breakfast or any time when u feel or at evening snacks then cut into just like pizza shape enjoy with family and friends
