Makkai cauliflower roti
Maize cauliflower roti it is very yummy in cold Sunday relish hot hot roti in winter
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a big pan add atta and all ingredients and mix well add little by little water and make a smooth dough by mashing with palm and make it smooth
* Step 2
Take plastic sheet spread on rolling board put some dry atta in the middle like a chapatti surface
* Step 3
Take a big dough and roll on with help of hands and make it round if it is sticking to the hands dip hand in a dry atta and roll again with hand. heat the tawa
* Step 4
Now lift the plastic sheet and take roti very carefully and put on hot tawa flip with the flat rice spatula
* Step 5
Spread oil or ghee on one side and roast it golden brown and now same on other side golden crispy roti is ready serve hot with butter and curd enjoy in the winter season
